Tols is the product name. The operator is responsible for the app and these documents. These Terms govern Tols’s photography features and hosted account and profile services. Read them with the Privacy Policy and End-User License Agreement. By accepting these Terms or using the service where legally effective, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights remain unaffected.
You must be at least 16 years old. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must review and agree where required. You must have the authority and permissions needed to provide content and use the service.
Tols provides camera capture, retouching through image-wide noise reduction, filters, color adjustments, cropping, rotation, blur, frames, collages and text overlays. Supported effects can appear in the camera preview as well as saved photos. These operations do not constitute facial recognition or a guarantee of a particular photographic result. Photograph safely, respect privacy and obtain permission where required.
The current assistant does not generate replies or match messages to a hosted preset library. The template catalog is bundled and the Use template control is not yet connected to camera parameter transfer. Preview cards and default parameters do not establish that an effect or online service has been applied.
Photo tools save new copies to Photos when you authorize saving. Collage exports a single composition. Processing and cropping can change or remove details; outputs may be resized and are not guaranteed to preserve original metadata. Preserve originals you need. Unsaved edits and assistant messages are not persistent or cloud-backed projects.
Protect your device and credentials and provide only information and photos you are entitled to use. Saving your nickname, signature or avatar sends those changes to hosted services. An avatar can be accessible to anyone who obtains its public URL. These profile changes are not local-only.
The current Apple-assisted flow uses an Apple user identifier to find generated Supabase email-and-password credentials in this device's Keychain. The alias is not an Apple private-relay address or a mailbox assigned to you. This flow is not a standard backend Apple identity-token exchange and does not provide cross-device recovery solely from the Apple identifier.
Loss of generated device-only credentials can prevent later access through that flow. Sign-out retains them; successful deletion cleanup attempts to remove matching credentials. These limits do not remove statutory data rights.
You retain rights you hold in your photos and text. You authorize the local processing and saving necessary for operations you request. These Terms do not grant a right to publish your private local photos, use them for advertising or train AI models with them. Bundled reference content remains subject to its owners’ rights; display in Tols does not grant unrestricted commercial reuse.
Do not use Tols for unlawful, sexually exploitative, threatening, harassing, fraudulent, privacy-invasive or infringing activities. Do not impersonate others, compromise service security or access another account without permission. Respect applicable rules for photographing people and places.
The current client does not provide an operational public-comment, user-publication or report-submission flow. For safety, copyright or privacy concerns, contact ricardoalvarezlda@gmail.com. An inactive control is not confirmation that a report was submitted. We may address unlawful or abusive access subject to applicable notice, review and consumer protections.
The current implementation does not initiate subscription purchases. An inactive subscription card, promotional label or displayed price does not establish an active paid service, authorize a charge or create a subscription entitlement. No recurring billing or free trial is promised by these Terms.
Before any future paid offering is enabled, its actual benefits, price, duration, renewal and cancellation terms must be disclosed through the applicable purchase flow. Any earlier Apple-billed purchase, if applicable, remains subject to its actual purchase terms and mandatory rights; deleting the app or an account does not by itself cancel an Apple subscription.
The current client does not complete virtual-gift purchases, allocate gifts or funds to creators, or offer a creator payout system. A gift icon is not a representation that a payment or donation has occurred. The app does not maintain a redeemable gift balance.
Any future paid digital item must be described and authorized before a charge is made. Purchases do not transfer intellectual-property ownership in the app or artwork unless expressly stated and lawfully agreed.
For an actual Apple-billed purchase, refund requests may be made through Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com and are considered under Apple’s policies and applicable law. Contact the operator for app or delivery issues. No label or provision excludes refunds, cancellation rights, warranty remedies or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where law requires express consent to immediate supply of digital content or acknowledgment concerning withdrawal rights, those requirements must be satisfied separately. Merely displaying these Terms is not a substitute for legally required consent.
While signed in, Settings provides sign-out and account-deletion actions. Sign-out ends the current session and removes the local session record but does not delete your hosted account or profile, or generated Apple-assisted credentials. Account deletion sends an authenticated service request and attempts local credential cleanup after a successful response. If completion is not confirmed, contact ricardoalvarezlda@gmail.com.
Account deletion does not erase images exported to Photos, independent copies or device-level template favorites. Server logs, backups and Storage objects must be handled under the verified retention and deletion policy; this client does not prove immediate removal of every historical avatar or copy. Uninstalling is not a reliable way to erase Keychain records or delete a hosted account.
Access may be suspended or ended where reasonably necessary for a material breach, security risk or legal obligation, subject to applicable notice, review and consumer protections. You may stop using the app. Termination does not remove accrued rights or mandatory remedies.
Apple and hosted-service providers have their own applicable terms. External links do not eliminate our responsibilities for our own conduct or providers acting on our behalf. Service or device limitations can make features temporarily unavailable.
Subject to mandatory law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or a particular creative result. No disclaimer excludes statutory quality, conformity, security, repair, refund or other mandatory remedies.
Liability is determined by applicable law. Nothing excludes fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where exclusion is prohibited, death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited, or mandatory consumer and data-protection rights. Limitations on indirect losses apply only to the extent lawful.
Applicable law and courts are determined by relevant mandatory and conflict-of-law rules. Consumers retain protections and court access available where they live. Contacting us may help resolve a dispute but is not a condition preventing urgent relief, regulator complaints or statutory remedies.
Invalid provisions are limited or severed only as permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Translations do not override mandatory local-language or interpretation requirements. Updates require notice and affirmative agreement where required and do not retroactively authorize charges or remove accrued rights.
